Ford SYNC® Destinations App Reviews

Just doesnt work. I have a good working Ford owner and Sync login. But Destinations fails to login every time. The Ford app works, the web log in works. So it aint me.

I should not have to of in my ID every time I use it.

Nowhere in this app listing does this tell you it costs money, and it costs $60 PER YEAR. I of course didnt pay it and I wouldnt even consider using it. The UI is buggy and not optimized for new iOS 9 devices. While trying to get it to the section where you activate the app which is hidden behind 7 menu screens it constantly froze. Save your time and money, stay far away from this

Thank you for the good job with this app, very useful and so easy to use. A minor suggestion if I may... When the app offer multiple alternative routes could you please let us to choose which one to send to car? Thank you !

This is absolutely the worst app I have ever seen. It does nothing but run you in circles. Im surprised and very disappointed that Ford puts up such garbage.

Please update the UI & make it optimized for the 6 plus screen

I have 2016 F150xlt with sync 3 my ford touch. Called sync and said it wont work. Its 2016 update your app so it can work.

I liked the app going off saved contacts on trips that arent always regular. But the info given for current trips arent always the quickest or best routes especially if you know some what of the area youre going to.It sometimes takes you the long way. Wish you had an option on routes to take (city,highway, rural etc.)like other gps systems.

I have to say, Ford picked a lousy developer to develop their Destinations app. This is one of the most unintuitive apps I have ever used. And worse most things just dont work! Couldnt seem to find addresss in my contacts even though the address was there, go through the process to create a "saved" destination and it doesnt get saved. Odd though it remains Im the recent searches. All in all, not at all worth the effort of downloading and setting up an account! Ford, maybe one of your execs should try to actually use the app, if you did they would be embarrassed.

Need to change the gps setting from "always on" to "while using the app." I constantly have to turn the gps on and off for this app so it does not run my battery down.
